Hello, I'm Sarah,

owner of Aura, a luxury beauty and wellness clinic based in the beautiful World Heritage Village of Saltaire. We are proud to offer a wide range of professional, cutting-edge treatments.

Please note we have a cancellation policy of 48 hours. Not attending an appointment will result in a 100% charge for the appointment missed. We appreciate things happen unexpectedly, so try not to worry too much if this happens. But please be aware if you fail to attend more than 3 appointments you will no longer be able to book with us at AURA.

A 50% deposit is required for clients attending AURA at every appointment.

Deposits are non-refundable (except in extreme circumstances - discretion of the owner).

You are welcome to arrive 15 minutes early to enjoy a drink and unwind before your appointment begins. Please note we will make your hot drinks for you.

If you arrive and the door is locked but the shutters are up, we are likely finishing a previous treatment. Please do not panic, your clinician will be with you ASAP.
